Getting to Hotel

The best and most obvious means of getting to Hotel Wahlmüller is by driving there. Its place is the main reason to stay there, being only two minutes off the Sattledt exit of the A1 West Autobahn, which is part of the big Voralpenkreuz interchange that joins on to the A8 and A9 motorways. This gives easy access for travelers from Vienna, Salzburg, Germany, or Slovenia. The hotel has a big free private car park right on the site, making arrival completely stress-free at any time of the day.

Travel is not so straight for those coming by other means. Closest airport is Linz Airport, about 25 kilometers away, taking 20 minutes by car. Take a taxi or rental car from the airport to reach the hotel. There is a small train station at Sattledt, but it does not belong to a major line either—it is again a few kilometers from the hotel. A short taxi ride would be required for the final leg of the journey. This is not an easily reachable place by public transport.
